  • Tamara began studying the classical piano at the age of 5 with Roger Green of Trinity College. She attended the Montreuil Conservatoire of Music in Paris when she was 18 and later went on to study Jazz at Morley College and Latin piano at Goldsmiths University.

    Tamara has always been passionate about classical music but also developed an interest in Jazz, Blues, Rock and Latin piano. Her passion for Brazilian music particularly inspired her. This inspiration lead her to relocate to Brazil for several years, where she studied Samba and Bossanova.

    Tamara, in addition to performing as a solo pianist, has also performed in duos and trios. She is also a composer and is about to release her album “Kaleidoscope”, which involves a mix of the different musical styles she has been exposed to her in her lifetime and musical journey.

    Tamara has taught a variety of musical styles during the course of her career, including classical, jazz, rock, pop, Latin, blues, folk and film music. Her focus is helping students to develop all areas of their pianistic ability!
